Keith Dowding of the Australian National University leads a team of Australia-based researchers who study the policy agendas of Australian prime minister as articulated in ”Throne Speeches” since 1945. Rhonda Evans Case, Interim Director of the Edward A. Clark Center for Australian & New Zealand Studies at the University of Texas at Austin, is leading a team of graduate students in a study of the he High Court of Australia’s agenda-setting role.
